What alotta food! The Palace Station Broiler Room is a steak and seafood restaurant located inside the Palace Station Hotel & Casino. They have an extensive list of steaks, many shrimp and seafood entrees as well as some chicken and pasta dishes. The bread basket presents a myriad of golden choices, crisp cracker bread to hot soft rolls.

The salad bar accompanies your dinner selection. Fresh lettuce and spinach greens begin the lengthy salad bar which holds many salad tid-bits. Cold pasta salads and delicious soup are available on the salad bar, too. The lobster portion of my steak and lobster combo was a meal in itself. My steak was cooked to my exact specifications. A modest wine menu is also available.

The service was very good, especially the bus help who made sure my water glass was constantly filled. The manager was very attentive and may inquire if there is a problem should you find the meal too much to finish, like I did. Prices are moderate but not the food! The atmosphere is open and airy but enclosed in such a way that it keeps the casino noises outside the dining experience.
