Best buffet in town! The Fiesta Buffet is located in the Fiesta Hotel & Casino a short distance from downtown. For the money, this is the best buffet in town. The buffet is divided into several food stations. Great for eliminating long lines. Each station is responsible for a different dining delight. Barbeque, Cajun/Creole, American, Korean Barbeque, Chinese, and more. The coffee station with expresso and lattes or dessert station with cookies, cakes and tortes are worth the trip to this restaurant. My favorite is the Korean Barbeque, where you can select your meat, your fresh crisp vegetables, and one or a combination of sauces. All of this is then placed on a huge round grill and chefs working the longest chopsticks you've ever seen, cook your meal right before your eyes! Pick up a side of rice and you are on your way to a delightfully heathly dinner.
They offer specialty buffets such as Hawaiian and Seafood on various days of the week. The lines are long to get into the buffet itself. But once inside, there is practically no waiting for delicious food. A nice touch is a small bar at the end of the buffet line so at least you can grab a drink and relax while waiting for a table.
The service is good, except your could wait a while for alcoholic beverages. Forget the Keno...they never seems to stop by. The prices are low. The atmosphere is open and airy and just away enough from the casino noise.
