Best inexpensive margaritas in town! Guadalajara Bar & Grille has two locations, one on the east side of town and one near the Strip. This review is on the Palace Station location just off Las Vegas Blvd. Start your dining experience at the bar with one of their 99 cent frozen or on-the-rocks margaritas. Add a basket of fresh tortilla chips with some home-made salsa for dipping from their salsa bar. But don't eat too many chips. The meals here can fill a hungry man.

The menu has a wide variety of ways to order your Mexican dishes, either ala carte, combination platter or full dinners. My favorite, Chicken Enchilada Suiza, is a cool spice chicken and chile mix wrapped in a tortilla and smothered in green chile sauce with rich sour cream melting on top. If you're looking for a real hearty meal try their "Humunga-Chunga." It's a full one and a half pounds of shredded beef (burrito style) stuffed into a flour tortilla and deep fried. Topped with melted white cheddar cheese and ranchero sauce, it will certainly fill any appetite. Dinners come with sides of refried beans and spanish rice. They have an inside salsa bar too. Be sure to stop and get that extra zesty flavoring to accent for your Mexican meal.

The atmosphere is open with a touch of fiesta decor but no sounds of dinging slot machines. The service is excellent. Whether you want a tad bit more sauce or have a special request, the wait staff will provide it to you without question. And the water glasses are always filled. The inexpensive prices allow you to bring the whole family. A great place for a little south-of-the-border grub!
