Elegant and nice. Morton's of Chicago moved to its new digs at the corner of Flamingo Road and Paradise from the Fashion Show Mall, but the good service and quality beef hasn't missed a beat. This pricey ala carte restaurant offers a wide variety of the key ingredients to create your perfect dinner. A choice selection of seafood appetizers includes the Las Vegas standard, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail. My favorite is the Broiled Sea Scallops Wrapped in Bacon accompanied by Apricot Chutney. The $27-$34 steak entrees are thick and juicy. Homemade Sauce Bearnaise is a delicious touch to top off your Double Filet Mignon. And what goes better with steak than potatoes. You may choose from Baked, Mashed, Lyonaise, Hashbrown or even potato skins. No rice. Individual vegetables side dishes range from fresh asparagus and broccoli to wild mushrooms.

Their classic desserts are worth the trip. For a light sweet taste, try the Fresh Seasonal Berries with Sabayon Sauce. Chocolate lovers may order the Chocolate Souffle for Two or bite into the Godiva Hot Chocolate Cake.

The atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated with dark wood panels and fresh white linen lined tables. The service is good. They offer a few private rooms for small parties.
