Bring on the salsa! Willy & Jose's Cantina located in Sam's Town Hotel & Casino makes you feel like you're in Mexico! A fun, happy and busy place full of big glass margaritas and good spicy cuisine. The menu is very extensive. You can choose ala carte items or a full dinner. The burritos are terrific with a hot red chili sauce and topped with fresh made guacamole. Dinners are man-size meals so come hungry. My favorite is the sinchronizada. A fresh, hot tortilla covered with bite-size pieces of filet mignon smothered in a spices and cheese.

Your choice of soup or salad comes with each dinner entree. And if you're lucky enough to be there for your birthday you get a free t-shirt too.

Be sure to make reservations; they are very popular. Reservations are not required but you'll wait hours for a table without one on many nights. The service is very good. Prices are inexpensive. The atmosphere is loud and fun with a rustic decor. The slot machines are just outside the door but inaudible once you're in the restaurant.
