Try "Lance Burton: Master Magician" at the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino.

"An Evening at La Cage" starring Frank Marino at the Riviera Hotel & Casino is offering free tickets to cab drivers during January. "La Cage" is still the fifth longest running show in Las Vegas. The fast-paced energetic show's cast re-creates female celebrities such as Judy Garland, Tina Turner, Celine Dion, Cher and Reba McIntire. Frank Marino is one of a few celebrities who meet and greet in the lobby after the show. "Crazy Girls" also at the Riviera Hotel & Casino featuring comedian Carole Montgomery is definitely the best girly revue in Las Vegas with its lighting, music and dancers starring the "Best Showgirls" in Las Vegas who have won virtually every poll. Carole Montgomery is a female version of the late Sam Kinison with her raucous and X-rated humor. She makes it all so fun with her playful wit and humor. By day she's a PTA VP. Comic actor D.L. Hughley, the star of UPN's hit television show, "The Hughley's," returns to the Riviera famous Top of the Riv Ballroom, Super Bowl Weekend for three hilarious performances. Show times are 10 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 26 and 8 and 11 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 27. Tickets for all performances are $35 plus applicable taxes.

Justin Tranz: "Hip-Nosis" will appear on "Blind Date" during Sweeps Week at 10:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 5 on FOX TV-5 in Las Vegas. His show is like a party with the volunteers on stage doing the entertaining. Show times are at 9 p.m. Tuesday thru Saturday at O'Shea's and midnight on Friday and Saturday at the Flamingo Hilton.

Cleo Laine and John Dankworth will play at the Aladdin's Blue Note thru Jan. 28.

Howie Mandel will headline at Bally's on Jan. 26 & 27. How about his new look?

Warrant will play the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay on Saturday, Jan. 27. The LA hard rock band opened for Metallica 10 years ago when I interviewed them. Since then they've become internationally famous. They hit it big with "Heaven" in 1989.

George Carlin has jumped to the MGM Grand Hotel and is performing in the EFX Theatre thru Jan. 28 prior to the return of "EFX" with Rick Springfield on Jan. 30. Drew Carey will be headlining in the Hollywood Theatre from Jan. 25-28 Its comedy central!

Jerry Lewis will headline at The Orleans from Jan. 24-27. Click on Orleans.com.

Creedence Clearwater Revisited will play in concert at Sam's Town Live on Jan. 26 and 27. They were formed out of Creedence Clearwater Revival but due to copyright problems had to rename the band that rose to fame in the late '60s and early '70s with hit after hit. To name a few "Proud Mary," "Bad Moon Rising" and "Travelin' Band."
