"Lance Burton: Master Magician" returns with his dazzling showmanship to the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino on Tuesday, June 12th. Call 730-7160 to reserve tickets. Comedian and improvisational star Wayne Brady will perform in Lance Burton's Theatre on Friday and Saturday, June 8-9. He will have an eight-piece band too. Show times are 10 p.m. on Friday and 7 and 10 p.m. on Saturday. Ticket prices are $49.50 and $38.50.

"Crazy Girls: Fantasy Revue" featuring comedian Carole Montgomery has always been the innovator and leader in T&A revues and now many of the resorts want to follow suit because the gentlemen are going to the strippers' clubs around Las Vegas for wild times. The Riviera was first to recognize that adult entertainment was needed and "Las Vegas' Sexiest Topless Revue" fit the bill. It's been running for 14 consecutive years. "An Evening at La Cage" is only one floor up from "Crazy Girls" and each show can be had for between $20 and $30 a person which is a bargain by today's standards. For show ticket reservations, please call 794-9433. Comedian Louie Anderson is one of the best stand-up comics and he'll be headlining at the Top of the Riv from June 5-7. Tickets are $30. It all began 20 years ago when he was named winner at the St. Louis Comedy Competition. He's now hosting the "New Family Feud." He makes light-hearted observations about obesity, alcoholism, fame, success and family in three hilarious performances. He once wrote jokes for Henny Youngman.

Justin Tranz headlines in a lucky seven shows weekly called "Hip-Nosis" at Flamingo O'Shea's and performs before crowds in the intimate theatre on the 2nd floor ofthe casino. Only in Las Vegas are we so cosmopolitan that an African-American performs in an Irish-themed casino. Yet O'Shea's is the poor stepchild of the Flamingo Hilton founded by Bugsy Siegel who happened to be Jewish and was working for Italians. Even "The Sopranos" couldn't write this one. And for the rest of the story: The Germans who were leasing the 2nd floor invited Justin Tranz to perform at the theatre that was then part of the now defunct Magic and Movie Hall of Fame. The rest is showbiz history. For tickets, call 737-1343. "Hip-Nosis" relies on volunteers who want to experience the relaxation of being hypnotized bringing out their innermost talents and relieving them of their inhibitions. Remember the sales pitch "Try it you'll like it."

"The Mac King Comedy Magic Show" is Las Vegas' "Best Afternoon" show. The comedy-magician performs at Harrah's to full houses daily at 1 and 3 p.m.Tuesdays thru Saturdays. What's the secret to his success? Besides talent it's a $14.95 show ticket.

Tom Jones has returned to perform at the Hollywood Theatre in the MGM Grand thru June 19th. The legendary singer has had hits since the 1960s putting a damper on The Beatles with the adult pop crowd. At Tina Turner's age 60 he's still going strong.

The Orleans may well have the best entertainment of all of the hotel-casinos off of The Strip. From June 8-10 Los Lobos will perform. The Hispanic-American rock quintet hit No. 1 with "La Bamba" in '87. Box-office hit Neil Sedaka performs from June 12-17.
