With the Pips, Gladys coined such popular tunes as "If I were Your Woman," "Neither One of Us," "Midnight Train To Georgia," and "Love Overboard." Her solo career has produced many award winning hits, including "Superwoman," and "Sisters in the Name of Love." 
She has also performed on stage in national touring companies of "Madame Lily" and "Smokey Joe's Cafe."
